Privacy information

1. Purpose and scope

Familienleben Ungarn is an independent, non-commercial family project. We process personal data only to handle voluntarily submitted, concrete school questions about Tiszta Forrás Waldorf, to establish requested personal contact and – only after explicit permission – to pass contact details to the school. We do not operate a newsletter and do not use advertising or retargeting tracking.

2. Legal bases

Voluntarily submitted enquiries are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling the enquiry initiated by you). Contact details are passed to the school only with your explicit consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

3. Hosting via Cloudflare Pages

The website is technically provided via Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare. When pages are accessed, technically necessary access data such as IP address, time, browser/device information and the requested URL may be processed. We do not use our own analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

4. School check via Tally

The school check is provided via Tally BV, Sint-Pietersnieuwstraat 11, 9000 Ghent, Belgium. Tally processes form data for us as the form provider. According to Tally’s published information, form data is stored in Europe and Tally provides a data processing agreement. We request only school-related information, in particular number and age of children, grade, a concrete or already considered place of residence in Hungary, timing, school questions and the contact details you choose to provide.

5. Email, phone and WhatsApp

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide in order to deal with your school question. A WhatsApp connection is established only when you click the link or write a message. If you do not wish to use WhatsApp, email and phone are available.

6. Passing data to Tiszta Forrás

Contact details are not automatically sent to the school. They are passed on only if you explicitly allow this in the school check or later explicitly ask us to do so. The school is responsible for its subsequent processing.

7. Storage period

We keep data for as short a period as possible and regularly check whether enquiry data is still needed. Enquiries that are no longer required are deleted from our working records. Form data remains stored by Tally until deleted there; according to Tally, deleted form data is removed from backups within 90 days at the latest. We do not use the data for newsletters or advertising profiles.

8. Information about children

For school orientation we need age and grade, but generally not the names of children. Please do not submit health data, diagnoses or other special categories of personal data through the form.

9. Source parameters

Links to the school check may contain technical UTM/partner parameters. They are used only to identify, anonymously or together with a voluntary enquiry, through which public entry point or partner the enquiry arrived. We do not use this information for personal advertising profiles.

10. Your rights

Within the legal framework, you may in particular request access, rectification, deletion, restriction and data portability and object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
